By accessing and using NubeDB services, you agree to be bound by these terms of service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

2. Service Description

NubeDB provides managed PostgreSQL database services in the cloud. This includes database provisioning, automatic backups, monitoring, and access through secure credentials.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and access credentials.
• Be over 18 years old or have the legal capacity to enter into contracts.
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for:

• Illegal activities or activities that violate applicable laws.
• Storing or transmitting malicious content, including malware or viruses.
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the service.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system or network.
• Sending spam or unsolicited bulk communications.

5. Plans and Payments

Services are offered under different subscription plans:

• Prices are subject to change with 30 days prior notice.
• Payments are processed monthly or annually according to the selected plan.
• No refunds are made for partial service periods.
• Non-payment may result in suspension or cancellation of the service.

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high service availability, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform scheduled maintenance with prior notice.

7. Data and Backups

Regarding your data: you retain all rights to the data you store in our service. We perform automatic backups according to the contracted plan. You are responsible for maintaining additional backups of critical data.
